Under the SEE Change program with Oxfam “Social Entrepreneurship Support for Organizations”, we have allocated more than 30 experienced coaches to provide 60 Small and Medium Social Enterprises in 13 regions across Lebanon coaching and mentoring sessions, leading them through the whole cycle of transformation covering all elements from Strategy, Governance, Operation, Production, Finance, Marketing & Sales and Policies.
